This competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. The prize is for two people on our Taste of the Emerald Isle Inclusive Spectacular holiday, on one of the 2024 departure dates. One winner will be randomly selected from all complete entries within 14 working days of the closing date. The final closing date for entry to the competition is 12pm on Friday 29th March 2024. Entries received after the final closing date will not be entered into the prize draw. The winner must be able to join the coach at their local pickup point. If there is not a local pickup point available, the winner must make their own way to another pickup point from a list provided by National Holidays. If the winner is unable to travel to a suitable pickup point, the prize will be forfeited, and National Holidays reserves the right to select another winner. The competition is not open to employees or agencies of National Holidays, their family members or anyone else connected to the company. By entering the competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the competition, the terms of our Privacy Policy and being contacted by National Holidays for marketing purposes. National Holidays accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. National Holidays reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete this competition with or without prior notice. National Holidays reserves the right to disqualify any entries at any time without prior notice. No responsibility is taken for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. The name of the winner may be published for congratulatory and promotional reasons. Winners will be notified by private message and/or on the post that they have won the prize draw. Any prize not claimed within two weeks of the competition closing date will be forfeited and no further claims thereafter will be entertained. We will draw another winner if the prize is not claimed by the original winner. National Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The competition is governed by English law.
