Win £30 in our Guess the Word contest - December number 11

Closes on 21st of December 2024

Peter Watson was first out of the hat with the last answer of Freddo.

You could win a £30 cash prize in our Guess the Word contest.

In this contest you have to guess the mystery word from a series of letters that make up the word that we will release daily.

Between now and the end of the month we will give you a number of mystery words to solve. In each case we will give you a clue as to the type of word you are looking. We will release two letters in the word on the first day and then one letter in the word on subsequent days until the mystery word has been correctly solved.

However, we will not release any more letters when there is only one more letter to be solved for a particular mystery word.

The letters in each word will be released at random and not necessarily in the order in which they appear in the word.

The mystery words will vary in length and we will not tell you how long each mystery word is as that would make it too easy!

Once a mystery word has been solved we will then issue a new series of daily letters for a new mystery word.

The winning entry for each mystery word will be the first correct entry drawn after the end of a day in which at least one correct solution to the mystery word has been received.

You are allowed one guess per each mystery word every day and so you can return tomorrow for another try.

The overall winner of the £30 cash prize at the end of the month's competition will be the person who has the most individual winning entries and in the event of a tie a draw will be held to determine the winner of the £30 cash prize.

We will give you regular updates of the members who have solved each mystery word and have been drawn as the winner so you can see who is leading the competition.
